The Orion Medical BM-806 is a fully automatic upper arm blood pressure monitor built with German technology, designed to deliver accurate, easy-to-read readings for home health monitoring. The large LCD display clearly shows systolic (SYS), diastolic (DIA), and pulse (PUL) readings simultaneously, along with a WHO Blood Pressure Indicator that visually classifies your reading according to World Health Organization guidelines, shown directly on the display.

The monitor includes an Irregular Heartbeat Symbol (IHB) detection feature — if arrhythmia is detected during measurement, a heartbeat icon appears on the display to alert the user. Simple one-touch operation includes MEM (memory recall), ON/OFF, and SET buttons, making it easy to review past readings, set the clock, or operate the device without confusion. Additional conveniences include auto power-off to preserve battery life, and the cuff is sized for standard upper arm circumference (approximately 22–42cm based on the cuff shown).
